Walling Data Systems Phone and Online Software Order - Credit Policy We will do everything in our power to resolve any issues you have using our numerous support methods to insure absolute customer satisfaction, we want you to be absolutely satisfied with our products and services. Refunds for software and hardware purchases are not available. You have a full 30 days to notify us of a need to receive an on-account credit (with our company) towards any other Walling Data product or service, however, refunds to your credit card, by cash, or by check are not available. We provide 30 day free-trials on all software products, you are given the opportunity to try all products before making a purchase to insure your full satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, we are here to work with you to find a suitable resolution through technical support, or by providing a credit towards a different product. In addition to the above, should an on-account credit towards another purchase be needed on a software order which was shipped to you, all items shipped to you must first be returned to us in as-new (un-opened) original condition prior to any refund being issued, we may elect to charge a restocking fee on physical product orders that are being returned for on-account credit. We will not provide a credit for shipping charges. Should a chargeback be initiated on any transaction completed with our company we reserve the right to bill a $30.00 processing fee to your credit card immediately for handling the paperwork associated with the chargeback along with the amount that has been debited from our account(s) fraudulently (such as when a refund has already been issued to you prior to your initiating a chargeback). Our staff are very available and based in the USA for 100% free technical support by phone, there is no legitimate reason for processing a chargeback against a transaction with Walling Data Systems. You will be referred to a third party debt-collection agency to collect the charges reflected above should you initiate a chargeback for a purchase you have made with us. Walling Data Systems provides trial versions of most software products to allow you to test our products prior to purchase, we urge you to try a trial prior to purchasing if you are unsure about purchasing and retaining your purchase after the fact.
